what will we book for you?
That will depend on your stag weekend preferences but typically and because of the great rates we get we'll put you in a 3-4* hotel. It really depends on your preferences. Stag night accommodation is coordinated on a first group first serve basis, so brief us as early as possible.
what happens if numbers change?
(1) if you reduce numbers - that's no problem with enough notice
(2) if you increase numbers - again no problem provided we have the availability
Whatever happens we'll work out the best solution.
- check-in times: usually from 4pm on day of arrival
- check-out times: usually 11am on day of departure
- guest details: we'll need a rooming list prior to your arrival - this will save valuable stag party time on check in
- special needs: if you have any special requirements, eg wheelchair access, allergies, diet etc; let us know in advance so we can make the best plan
- protocol: on arrival at hotels you may often be asked for a bond or credit card swipe / behaviour bond (standard hotel practice for groups)
- additional expenses: if you do incur any extras, eg bar bills, minibar, dining, damage etc as you would expect you must settle up on departure.
