| equipment: | All necessary equipment provided. It’s a full on outdoor session, so please dress appropriately. Wear sensible clothing and shoes, also check the weather to see if there may be some rain – our advice would be to pack waterproofs anyway. |
| format: | When you arrive at the activity stand - you will be given a full briefing - including all you need to know about how that activity runs, operation and safety, generally lasting 5 minutes. All delegates apart from those actually participating in the event are then asked to stand in a safety area a few metres away from the course. Those taking part in the activities will then have their turn. |
