If you haven’t already heard, fresh downfalls of snow has swept its way across Europe and from tonight, the UK will be hit with a covering of snow.

There’s been a fine dusting of snow in Europe where some resorts have seen the best amount snowfall for years. Slovenia’s resorts of Ljubljana and Maribor have been blessed with great skiing conditions with current levels of snow depth at 45cm with another snowfall of 10cm expected in the next 3 days. These resorts will continue to offer perfect skiing conditions until April.

Regarded as the sport of Kings, horse racing offers a great day out for those who like to take betting serious or for those who are just looking for a bit of fun. Once you arrive at the racecourse simply pick your horse, get yourself a beer and then enjoy the rest of your day. There’s nothing better than seeing your horse beat the rest of the lads! Win or lose you’ll be guaranteed a day at the races will top off a great stag weekend.

Now we’ve entered the turn of the year, all eyes are set towards the lead up to the major jump race meetings like the Cheltenham Festival in March and the Grand National at Aintree in April. These race meetings attract the best horses and jockeys from about the world.
