Zagreb the gem in the crown of Eastern European stag weekends has finally landed in the UK! Croatia has seen an incredible rise in the number of British visitors in the last two years, with more of the budget airlines launching routes in and out of the country; however, until now Zagreb seems to have slipped under the radar.
Croatian Airlines and Wizz Air are now both running cheap direct flights into Zagreb from London Heathrow, and London Luton respectively, making this stunning Eastern European capital more accessible to UK groups than ever before.
Zagreb itself boasts a charming medieval ‘old city’ with architecture and picture-postcard cobbled streets reminiscent of Budapest, Prague and other Central-European capitals, though mixed with a strong fashionable Italian influence. This incredible destination is blessed with some fantastic activities just a short distance from the centre including paintball, grandprix go-karting, and arguably the best white water rafting and quad biking in Eastern Europe. Once the late Croatian sun has set and the evening roles around, Zagreb explodes into view. The fantastic pebble streets in and around Gornji Grad provide a copious supply of pubs and bars where you can still find a beer for less than 16 HRK – that’s less than £2.00 to you and me! The icing on the Zagreb cake however, unquestionably comes in the form of the finest women you are ever likely to see, and we have secured you entry to the top lap dancing and night clubs the city has to offer.
