Let the stag games commence! StagWeb create Olympic themed stag weekends…
With the Olympics all over the TV and the amazing talent making us wish we’d started archery/ diving/ tennis at the age of 5 we wouldn’t blame you if you want a slice of the Olympic action. So if you’re organising a stag do why not get all the lads involved with some adrenaline-pumping Olympic-style competing?
Clay Pigeon Shooting is known in the Olympics as Skeet Shooting as is an old faithful in the world of stag do’s – everyone loves it and most people can do it so you’re guaranteed a lot of fun and healthy competition with the lads. Another winner both in the Olympic arena and the stag arena is white water rafting, which is similar to the Olympic white water canoeing but so much more fun – a perfect way to bond with the lads and set the pace for an epic stag weekend. It’s exciting, there are consequences, there is danger, there is shouting, yet you can’t beat it for fun!
Archery is another great choice, made more popular by Brave and The Avengers, it’s an Olympic sport that the lads are sure to love and will allow you to suitably compete and destroy your mates. Skiing and Snowboarding are top winter Olympic choices and are perfect for any stag do’s headed out in the winter months (though our indoor ski centres are the places to head for all UK-based stag weekends!) If it’s wrestling you’re watching avidly then get the lads over to Krakow for our Oil Wrestling or get down and dirty in Budapest with some naked mud wrestling with some bikini clad ladies.
If it’s the Olympic football that you can’t stop watching then be sure to take the lads for some five-a-side or a stadium tour on the stag do, you’ll be pro’s in no time at all. If you’re looking for an Olympic sport that’s a little more relaxing to play with the boys then check out our great golf activities, you can play in loads of locations around Europe, from Barcelona to Bristol and Marbella to Manchester! If it’s ball games you’re after then basketball is another great choice, it’s one of the fastest and most exciting team sports in the world - get the lads dunking like Kobe, flying like Mike or attacking like Shaq!
No matter what you and the lads decide to do, if you’re looking to dunk, row and wrestle like the Olympians then the stag do is a quality excuse for some practise while having a first-rate time with the guys!
