• Invest in lunch, make it a treat and go north of the daily budget, it’s one in the eye for the hangover.
• Have some mid afternoon sneaks each, eg an energy boosting banana coupled with a strong coffee should help you go the distance and get over the line.
• Get home, relax and know that tomorrow you’ll be feeling better.
• And lastly … Accept that things will not go swimmingly and go with it, don’t stress.
• P.s. calling in sick is for losers, don’t do it!
