Getting to Glasgow
From southern England, flying is a great choice for your Glasgow travel. The city has two airports - smaller but more conveniently located Glasgow International and busier Glasgow Prestwick. Alternatively, take a train or even a sleeper train all the way to the centre. If you're looking for a budget option, long-distance coaches can be a great idea.
On the money: Glasgow cash
Although the Scottish city has become far more cosmopolitan in recent years, it’s still well known as a great budget place to visit, with pints coming in at just £2 for a local brand. Nightlife is hugely varied, with a commercial clubbing scene around the central station and at Barrowlands, as well as more expensive and pricey locations on the Bath Lane or trendy, designer spots on the West End.
The city’s wide variety can be a little intimidating for those who have never visited before and so a spin in our party bus or guestlist nightclubbing is a great way to lay down some guaranteed good times before you leave.
