You want it to be an outstanding event, fantastic value and something the groom and the lads will be happy with. We couldn't agree more and it really is important to us that you have a superb, memory making send off for the groom. That's why with the "hold fast" option may be just the job for you.

It works like this - decide what you want to do in the normal way and then the hold the programme without payment for short period while you make and considerations you need to. That may involve running it past the lads, sorting flights, waiting for deposit money to clear or any number of reasons. The bottom line is we want you to get the best stag weekend experience you can, and that means going with Stagweb, and that's why we'll be as flexible as we can in order for you to get the best!

So if you're ready to put your exclusive weekend on hold, follow these pointers
- call in and tell us to hold your programme with your debit / credit card (please note no charge will be made without your confirmation)
- we'll hold your programme with an option*, option timelines (24 hours - 28 days) will depend on how far in advance your event is (please note we cannot hold programmes without deposit inside 30 days)
- Stagweb will send you the programme confirmation
- you can then review the programme, get it round to the lads for approval, etc
- call back and confirm the programme (with any necessary changes**, eg reduction or increase in group size) and pay your deposit
- we will then send you written confirmation of your event!

* please note if another group calls and requires your dates, we will call you with first priority, if you are not able to confirm the programme with deposit we may release it to the other group
** please note changes may effect the original price, eg if you have booked for a group of 20 and when it is time to travel there are only 8 guests, the price is likely to rise
