Yes that’s right, if you have to cancel your event we’ll honour your deposit for a full 12 months! Standard terms apply, such as cancelling event before the cancellation period but other than that it’s fairly straightforward, ask your account manager when you book.

As a UK citizen you’re protected by a whole host of laws and regulatory codes, and while a lot of that is pretty boring and it means that generally you benefit from a lot of automatic protection. That’s not true if you book direct with companies based outside of the UK, what’s more you are unlikely to know these companies, their financial affairs, arrangements, insurances, instructors, venues and standards. And if it goes pear shaped – which it can do, what will you do?
