Newcastle client case study

Dave enquired by phone in hope that we could help organize a great weekend that needed to run ‘without a hitch’. It was clear that the evening entertainment and the day time activities needed to be second to none. With a large group expected to attend, a city with group friendly bars and clubs was essential as well as activities on the Saturday that got the whole group involved. Newcastle seemed to be the perfect match. The itinerary that we proposed was as follows:

The programme consisted of the following:

• 2 nights central 3 star B&B
• comedy club and guestlist nightclubbing on the Friday
• outdoor go karting followed by lunch and quad biking
• guestlist bar entries and VIP nightclub entry on the Saturday

This itinerary had everything that Dave wanted. The go karting and the quad biking are located at the same venue, meaning time in a minibus was kept to a minimum. The entry that we provided for both Friday and Saturday night meant that the group didn’t have to worry about entrance fees, waiting in a queue or any hassle on the night.
