Terms and Conditions

Eligibility 1.1. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. 1.2. Only one entry per person is permitted, friends have greater chance of winning for your group. 1.3. Standard terms apply, the winner will be notified the first week of November 2024, no cash alternative, value £7840 is based on the full 32 guests.

Competition Period 2.1. The competition will run from September to 1/11/24. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

How to Enter 3.1. To enter, participants must complete the online form on our website, follow our Instagram page and tag a friend in the comments. 3.2. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

Prize 4.1. The prize is a glamping weekend for up to 32 people at our Bournemouth site, dates would be discussed with the winner. 4.2. The prize includes the sample package provided. Travel expenses are not included. 4.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 4.4. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months, and specific dates are subject to availability.

Winner Selection 5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 after the competition ends. 5.2. The winner will be notified by email or direct message on social media within 7 days. 5.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, they will forfeit the prize.

Data Protection 6.1. Any personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition. 6.2. By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with StagWeb's privacy policy.

Publicity 7.1. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any related publicity. 7.2. The winner’s name and photograph may be used for promotional purposes on StagWeb’s website and social media.

General 8.1. StagWeb reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its control. 8.2. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
