Getting around on foot is your best bet for most of Magaluf, but if those summer heats have got you swooning like a delicate maiden, hop in a cab instead. There’s plenty around, but you might want to negotiate a price in advance, rather than just letting them drive off with you.
We realise that living la vida loca in clubs is a time consuming activity, but on the off chance you decide to leave The Strip, there’s plenty else in Magaluf to explore:
Katmandu – a theme park, with 5D haunted rides (we have no idea what the last D is), mini golf (the only kind of golf that lets you feel like a giant), a laser pistol adventure, and an upside down house. It’s cool, trust us.
Casino – if you’d like to lose your cash without the fun of getting drinks in return, it’s just the place for you.
Our favourite kind of activity. With three gorgeous beaches in Magaluf, you’d be missing out if you didn’t head down and enjoy the sun whilst you’re there. Whether you want to grab a ball and net for a game of volleyball or lie down and get roasting, a few hours on the beach is one of the top ways to spend a day in Magaluf. That’s not even mentioning the sea, which is clear, clean, and infinitely better than anything you’re going to find around England.
Most of the people you encounter in Magaluf will have a fair grasp of the English language, but you’re never going to pull a sexy señorita without even trying to sound like a sexy señor.
