Where to Go Out in Bristol

King Street

King Street is pub central. This street is lined with boozers on both sides, with benches down the middle. Perfect place for a big group pub crawl.

St Nicholas Street

A five-minute walk from King Street, St Nicks (as the locals refer to it) has a mix of chain and independent bars. This place feeds into Clare Street, which also has some restaurants and boozers.

Park Street

This steep hill has a range of slightly more upmarket cocktail bars running up either side, with a few bars situated at the top (including an All Stars Sports Bar with pool tables and darts).

Harbourside & Millenium Square

If you take a loop of the harbour, you'll find several pubs and eateries en route. Millennium Square and the nearby area has a load of stag-friendly bars.

Gloucester Road & Stokes Croft

From the Bear Pit (not a literal pit of bears, fyi) following the A38 north, you'll find a load of cracking pubs, bars and places to eat. It's a bit more of a boho, hipster vibe, but always good fun.
