Preston House is an ultra-modern base of operations for the groom's last weekend as a single gent close to everything that makes Brighton a cracking weekend destination... The beach? Just seconds away. The South Coast's best clubs and bars? They're closer than your local corner shop at home. Bikini-clad beach babes? Well there's no guarantees but this is Brighton after all...
Inside this slick party pad you'll find a spacious living room with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and DVD player, but that's just the start of the mod-cons as you'll also have free WiFi to let the WAGs at home know you've arrived safely (and the groom still has both eyebrows) as well as an iPod dock to fill the townhouse with the group's favourite tunes before a big night out (if there are any Justin Bieber fans amongst you please head over to our stag pranks page and serve justice accordingly).
There's a designer oak dining table big enough for 16 very hungry stags and the fitted kitchen also has a dishwasher so you can dodge drawing straws over who's stuck with the washing up. Luxury Bosch appliances come as standard in Preston House and if you invite our Sexy French Maids to the party we're sure the funky LED lighting beneath the glossed units will look very good indeed.
And just to top it all off we'll even throw in a free bottle of Brut Nature Cava, retro Brighton rock (this is the seaside after all) and complimentary toiletries for anybody who can't pack for a weekend away without the help of his missus (or his Mum).

Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £300 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Card Pre Authorisation.
