Fixture Terms - Football Stag Packages

Fixtures are subject to change:

While we aim to secure your package around a specific match, please note that football fixtures may be rescheduled at short notice due to TV scheduling, cup competitions, local events, or other operational reasons outside our control.

What this means for your booking:

• Kick-off dates/times may move from Saturday to Friday, Sunday, or Monday.
• In some cases, matches may be moved to midweek (e.g. Thursday night).
• Your package remains valid even if the fixture is rescheduled within your travel dates.
• If a fixture is moved outside your travel window, we will work with you to explore alternative activities (e.g. stadium tour or alternate local match) or shift your itinerary where possible - subject to availability and costs.

Tickets are not guaranteed until confirmed:

We work with trusted local partners to source tickets, but until confirmed, seating categories and availability may vary. We'll always aim to provide the best matchday experience available within your group's budget.

We recommend:

Booking travel to include Friday-Sunday (or even Monday morning) to allow flexibility in case of fixture changes.
