Groupia Ltd ("the Company", trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026, with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden of S&W Partners LLP appointed as Joint Administrators. The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Your event will unfortunately be cancelled and is subject to a refund claim. How you claim depends on how you paid — follow the step that matches you below.

Paid by credit or debit card?

Claim your refund directly from your card issuer. Download the relevant letter to support your claim:

Use the debit card letter if you paid by credit card but the charge was under £100.

Submit an online claim to Gallagher Bassett, who act for ABTOT. You will need your booking confirmation and proof of payment.

The session will begin with you being escorted to the venue by one of our lovely local female guides. Inside the guys will all be greeted with a welcome beer. On stage, you'll have 5 performers waiting to put on a show for you all. Yep, they'll be performing for you and you alone.
