• Chargrilled Rib Eye Steak 10oz  - 28-day dry-aged rib eye, sweet onion, salsa verde)
• Slow-cooked BBQ Ribs (marinated jasmine tea-smoked ribs, glazed in our house BBQ sauce, spring onions
• Mediterranean Chicken Skewers - Skewered chicken marinated in lemon pepper Jus, served with a honey & lime yoghurt dressing
• Flame Grilled Angus Beef Steak Burger 8oz - Brioche bun, homemade tomato relish, applewood smoked cheese
• Grilled Mediterranean Vegetarian Burger - Brioche bun, basil pesto, guacamole, smoked cheese
• Foot Long Hogger Sausage - Tucked in a pretzel roll, topped with caramelised onion, mustard cream

All the options above can be served with twice-cooked chips, BBQ potatoes, buffet of salads (potato salad, vine tomato salad, mixed river leaf lettuce, pesto pasta, rainbow coleslaw), dips, dressing and bread.
