High Ropes Obstacle Course: Imagine angry rope bridges with attitude, feed them steroids and then poke them in the eye with a stick. THAT'S how scary this aerial obstacle course is.

Climbing Tower: Because climbing mountains is just so last year. You'll be fitted with harnesses and helmets and then try and find the quickest way to the top without losing your breakfast.

Archery: One of the oldest sporting contest known to mankind. Who will be the group's Robin Hood and who is just Robin Thicke?

Tube Sliding: These crazy guys have taken the giant inflatable rings you find in waterparks and created a course so you can slide downhill on dry land. Weird genius at play.

Frisbee Golf: Exactly what it says on the tin, golf with frisbees and a great sporting contest.

Downhill Bike: Take on the tough downhill course (in the winter it's a downhill ski run) on a mountain bike. This is a tough course to challenge even experienced riders.

Downhill Scooter: As above except this time you'll be taking on the course on specially built scooters with giant fat tyres. Properly mad!

Downhill Mountain Go-kart: And because the day just isn't crazy enough, you'll also tackle the downhill course on these utterly brilliant mountain karts.
