If you have 12 guys definitely confirmed and 3 maybes, book for 15!
If people drop out, no dramas.
The price of your event won't change unless you drop below the minimum number of people which will be clearly outlined before you book.

How Do I Find Out the Minimum Number of People Needed?

They'll then send you your quote with a breakdown of your weekend.
