Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 5 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 70 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £200 (refundable) will be due 14 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
Please Note
Please bring your own charcoal and firelighters and remember to clean the BBQ prior to your departure.
The following are NOT provided:
- Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner
- Table cloths and napkins
- All food, drinks and condiments (including tea, coffee, cooking oils, salt & pepper)
- Kitchen roll
- Foil and/or cellophane
- Specialist cocktail glasses (only high ball tumblers are provided)
- Ice or ice trays
- Hot tub towels - please bring these if you wish to use the hot tub
- Charcoal and firelighters (if using the outdoor BBQ)
