Booking Terms
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 10 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £300 (refundable) will be due 3 days prior to your event, payable by Payment Link.
Restrictions
This property is located in a quiet village setting, so out of respect for neighbours there is a no external noise policy after 22:00. Please be aware that karaoke is not permitted at any time.Please Note
