Your group gets exclusive use of all four cottages, each with its own cosy lounge with TV, modern kitchen and dining area, plus a private terrace complete with seating and BBQ facilities.
It's a smart setup for larger groups who want to stay together without everyone being piled into one house. You'll have room to spread out, relax, and enjoy the weekend at your own pace.
Meynell Barn The Main Event
Meynell Barn is the biggest of the cottages and the natural meeting point for the full group. The spacious open-plan living area makes socialising easy, while the large dining table seating 20 guests is spot on for a big meal, drinks session, takeaway feast, or pre-night-out gathering.
Step outside and you'll find the private hot tub on the terrace perfect for winding down after a day of activities or settling in with a few drinks.
Outdoor Space & Competitive Extras
There's loads more to enjoy across the site too. The shared Games Barn includes table football and table tennis, ideal for getting some rivalry going, while the shared fire pit is made for late-night drinks and catching up under the stars.
You'll also have access to a grassy paddock, great for outdoor games or mobile stag activities brought directly to the property.

Booking Terms
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 5 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 84 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £800 (refundable) will be due 2 days prior to your event, payable by Card Pre Authorisation.
