Hotel Playasol Mare Nostrum in Ibiza

You know when you close your eyes and you try to imagine just how cool an Ibiza stag weekend could be? Well Mare Nostrum is that hotel. Packed with excellent facilities, a short walk from the beach and oozing style this is exactly where stags should party. And even better… It's adults only! No families or kids floating in the pool.

Sitting right on Playa d'en Bossa, so close to the beach you can carry the groom there, close to the port and many of Ibiza's most famous sights, the location is as good as it gets. Taxis? That's what people get in to avoid the rain in Wigan, you won't have to get in cabs if you don't want to as there is a great selection of clubs, bars, restaurants and activities all within easy walking distance. No taxis, no fees, = more beer money. Kaching! Even the airport is less than three miles away.

The hotel is a walk away from the centre of Ibiza, so whether you fancy a stroll, want to grab a bite to eat somewhere different, hunt out the best tunes and maybe a new pair of shades (Ibiza is great for shopping) or head to one of the many Beach Clubs. If you do want to go further afield there's a but stop right outside the hotel. Although in our well-travelled opinion the hotel's club feel and great amenities means you really can just stay poolside and enjoy all it has to offer.

By day you can relax poolside on the daybeds or if you're feeling active hit the gym. There are two pools (one is purely for relaxing), a games room for some stag competition and snack bars for keeping the guys fuelled. A contemporary restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is the all-important bar open for pre-party drinks or afternoon refreshment.

The air conditioned guest rooms include plasma TVs, hairdryers, safe box, free WiFi and telephones.
