paddle to the pub Stag Party in bournemouth
If you've ever wanted to be the master and commander of your own vessel then here's your chance. Okay admittedly they aren't the biggest ships to sail the world but they are brilliant fun.
You and the guys will get back to nature as you head into the New Forrest paddling along the Beaulieu River with experienced guides, in either single seater touring kayaks or 2/3 seater Canadian canoes. It's up to you on what pace you set, if you're after some serious speed and a few thrills (and possibly spills) on route then our guides will put you through your paces. If you are looking for a more leisurely paddle then the experts will take the time to point out the local wildlife as you drift along.
But of course all that paddling is thirsty work and it just so happens your route includes a little stop off at the pub ("A stop off at the pub StagWeb? Well there's a stroke of luck, it's almost as if you planned it just for us!"). Whether you just fancy a drink and snacks, or a spot of something to eat to fully re-fuel for the second half of your journey the choice is yours.
You really don't need to be Sir Steve Redgrave to get the most out of this oar-some day [I would like to apologise for that awful pun, the writer in question has been taught the error of his ways with the aid of an oar... It seemed fitting. - The Editor]. There is just something truly calming and tranquil about being on the water, even if you're a fully committed city dweller you too will be carried along by the rivers charms. This is a special activity which is a really relaxing break from the normal daily routine that the boys will be sure to remember.
