🔥 Top 10 Ideas in Exeter for 2025
Clay Shooting
You will be handed a 12- or 20-gauge shotgun and let loose on 25 clays as you put any lingering hangovers to the test. Who will be the group's sharpshooter and who couldn't hit a barn door with a bazooka?!
Go Karting
Our Exeter go karting site has lap time printouts to the 1000th of a second, so there can be no arguments about who the true Stag Racing Champion is. Get ready to jump behind the wheel of your Rimo Evo 5 karts and go full throttle on our 350-metre track.
Wings & Moonshine
Bottomless wings and some moonshine... what do you even have to think about?! It's a great way to fuel the stags up for a big night out without having to book a fancy restaurant or hit up a fast-food chain. The groom will also have a little wing challenge of his own to spice up proceedings.
Watersports
Choose from kayaking, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kite surfing as you take to the seas in an awesome water sports adventure. It's time to show Mother Nature (and your hangovers) who's boss!
Paintballing
In stag warfare, there can only be one winner (and it ain't going to be the groom). This is a great opportunity to paint the main man seven shades stag as you do battle at our awesome paintball site.
Quad Biking
Conquer our epic 12-mile track as you hop aboard your high-powered quads and try to keep them stag-side up. You'll take on huge slopes and other tough terrain as you push your quads to the limit.
Bubble Football
We took one look at 5-a-side and thought, 'Nah, it's not nearly chaotic enough!' That's when we discovered bubble football, and we haven't looked back since. Suit up in your inflatable balls and try to show off your fancy footwork whilst being bounced about by your opponents.
Assault Course
If you really want to get the blood pumping and some stag vs stag competition going, an assault course is ideal. Scramble up obstacles and conquer the challenges that lie before you... may the best stag win!
Boom Battle Bar Package
Boom shake shake shake the room! Take on three modern pub games - interactive darts, crazy golf, shuffleboard and more - and get your night out started in true stag style. You'll get a welcome beer on arrival to loosen you up before locking horns with the stags.
Brewery Meal
Enjoy a two-course meal or sizeable buffet as well as a beer-tasting paddle (feat. 4 beers). Stags often forget to add a food option to their weekend and end up walking around for hours trying to find somewhere to let them in - don't be those guys.

Exeter FAQs
Is Exeter Good for a Stag Do?
Exeter is a great place for a stag do. Whether you're looking for a low-key weekend or a full-blown party atmosphere, we have a range of stag do activities to suit all groups. There's also a great concentration of pubs, so you won't be short of places to grab a local cider on your weekend.
Can you explore Exeter in one weekend?
A weekend is definitely enough time to explore all the sights, sounds and tasty pints of Exeter! It's not a massive city in terms of size, so you'll be able to cover the best bits during your stay. From the city centre to the bars on the Quay, you won't be short of things to do.
Does Exeter have a beach?
Exeter doesn't have a beach, but there are plenty located under an hour away if you want to relax in the sun. Exmouth Beach is just over 30 minutes away, whilst the aptly named Beer Beach is less than 50 minutes away (traffic dependent).
When does the party season start in Exeter?
Exeter is great all year round. For stags heading there with us in 2024, 66% are set to go between March and May. Why? Well, the weather is starting to warm up by that time of year, plus it gives stags a bit of a buffer before the summer wedding season.
