Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.

Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £750 (refundable) will be due 4 days prior to your event, payable by Card Pre Authorisation.

There must be a pre-card authorisation security deposit prior to your stay. There is no money directly taken out, it is reserved against your credit limit. No funds will be physically taken unless there are damages to the house or house rules are broken. Upon a positive inspection, the hold on funds will expire within up to 5 days of check-out.
